Ways to work together

  • Ongoing, embedded support as part of your team.
Ideal for businesses that need strategic, part-time leadership or hands-on execution across brand, writing, or marketing, without hiring full-time. Retainer-based and flexible, this model allows for deeper collaboration and continuity. Ioné is also open to contract roles pending availability.

  • Defined scope with clear deliverables and a fixed timeline.
Perfect for one-off initiatives like brand positioning, comms/messaging frameworks, website copy, or campaign strategy. Team agrees on goals and a timeline upfront, and Ioné handles delivery from start to finish, working independently or collaborating with an existing team.

  • Strategic insight, when and how you need it.
Whether you need strategic input before a launch, a second brain for your marketing team, or a quick injection of direction, this option offers flexible access to Ioné’s expertise on an hourly or session basis.

  • A structured container to support you in reaching your personal and professional goals as a leader and human.
‍For leaders, emerging leaders, and ambitious, creative individuals looking to supercharge their growth as they navigate inner/outer shifts and meet challenges and opportunities in life and in business. Through weekly or biweekly sessions, Ioné provides supportive, developmental coaching for increased awareness, choice and transformation built off ICF-credentialed methodologies.
